University of Haifa Launches Transformative Shared Society Center with a $5M Gift

The Home Again campaign launched recently with significant momentum, highlighted by a $5 million gift from the Boston-based Frieze Family Foundation to establish the Frieze Center for Shared Society at the University. The Center will unite Jewish and Arab residents through research, education, and community programs, addressing one of northern Israel’s greatest challenges: rebuilding trust. Its work will stand as a model for coexistence and renewal. By fostering dialogue and cooperation, it strengthens social bonds and ensures recovery goes beyond physical rebuilding, creating resilient, connected communities for the future. READ MORE
