University of Haifa Honors Linda and Michael Frieze with the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy Honoris Causa
Over 20 years ago, Michael and Linda Frieze first stepped onto our campus through CJP – the Boston-Haifa Connection – and saw a place where their vision for impact could thrive. In a festive ceremony, the University of Haifa proudly awarded them an honorary doctorate, celebrating their commitment to social mobility and inclusion. Through initiatives like Summer Preparatory Program for Arab Youth and projects strengthening Hebrew proficiency, they have empowered hundreds of minority students to pursue their academic dreams. Inspired by partners like the Friezes, we welcome all who wish to join us in this mission. READ THEIR BIO HERE
