Standing against Anti-Semitism: UofH Governor, Dr. Arnie Aberman Returns Honorary Degree to University of Toronto
Dr. Arnie Aberman, a longstanding member of the University of Haifa Board of Governors and former Dean of the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Medicine, has returned his honorary degree from the University of Toronto, awarded in 2015. Dr. Aberman took this principled step to protest the university leadership’s inadequate response to anti-Israel protests on campus and its failure to ensure student safety for all.
