SHORT BIO
I serve as the Director of E-Learning and Teaching Advancement Unit at the University of Haifa. I hold a Master’s degree in Learning Technologies in Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Sociology-Anthropology, and I am currently completing an additional Master’s degree in Business Administration.
My career began as an online training and pedagogy developer in elementary schools, and later, I led the development of online and MOOCs as the Head of the Training and Pedagogy Development Team. In my current role, I spearhead strategic initiatives to expand blended and online learning, including establishing technological systems, developing staff training, and fostering collaborations between faculties and my team. My unit is responsible for producing high-quality online courses and designing innovative academic instructions, making education accessible to all populations. The University of Haifa is currently the national leader in its online courses, with thousands of learners from Israel and around the world.
I am passionate about connecting academia with the job market, and lecturing on the integration of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence in teaching. I am also leading the establishment of an advanced VR lab to promote research in experiential learning.
Outside of work, I enjoy family time, running, singing, and playing piano.
