Israeli Friends of the University of Haifa Appoints New President

Brigadier General (Ret.) Joel Feldschuh has been appointed the new President of the Israeli Friends Association of the University of Haifa. Feldschuh is a seasoned businessman and distinguished military leader. Over the course of his prestigious career, he has held senior positions in both the public and private sectors in diverse fields including the tech industry, commerce, communications, transportation, aviation and defense. He served as Director General of the Israeli Civil Aviation Authority, CEO of El Al Airlines, CEO of Nesher Israeli Cement Industries, and CEO of Champion Motors. In the Israeli Air Force (IAF), he held a series of high-ranking positions: founder and commander of the second F-15 squadron, Chief of IAF Intelligence and Chief of Human Resources and Administration. In addition to his outstanding business career, Feldschuh is actively involved in social outreach and non-profit organizations, serving as chairman and board member of educational, medical and scientific organizations. | SHORT BIO
