Dr. Beverly Goodman-Tchernov’s (Head, Strauss Department of Marine Geosciences and a National Geographic Explorer) research was recently featured in a Science article highlighting researchers at Israeli universities making world-wide impact. Goodman-Tchernov’s work applies earth sciences techniques and archaeological information to reconstruct past coastal configurations, events, and environmental change.
