Prof. Orna Rabinovich-Einy (Faculty of Law), an expert in online dispute resolution, alternative dispute resolution and civil procedure, was recently awarded the prestigious ERC Consolidator grant. She is one of only 13 Israeli scientists to receive such a grant this year. Her study, “The ‘Vanishing Third Party’: Access to Justice, Procedural Justice and Substantive Justice in the Age of Dispute Resolution Automation” examines the impact of technology on dispute resolution, the relationship between formal and informal justice systems and dispute resolution system design.
