As part of its ongoing programs to strengthen academic cooperation with research centers in the United Arab Emirates, University of Haifa’s Younes and Soraya Nazarian Library signed an agreement with the UAE’s National Archives and Library. “The Memorandum of Understanding signifies the breaking down of research boundaries in the Middle East,” noted Baruch Marzan, VP of Internationalization and Sustainability. The MOU outlined a lengthy list of research and cultural activities where the two libraries will share resources and exchange ideas.
