, a research fellow at the Ezri Center for Iran & Persian Gulf Studies, recently returned from the 2021 Dakar Rally held in Saudi Arabia. She shared her insights on changing relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia in the context of the normalization processes taking place between Israel and the Gulf states.
